Maintenance

Regular Cleaning: Grade A pan head screws Use a professional cross slot cleaner and follow the product instructions. Generally, first warm the cleaning agent to the right temperature (such as 40 ℃ - 80 ℃), and then soak the screws in it for 5-15 minutes, so that the cleaning agent can fully penetrate into the cross slot to dissolve and strip oil, rust and other impurities. After that, rinse it with water to remove the residual cleaning agent.

Anti-rust treatment: Apply appropriate amount of anti-rust oil or anti-rust agent on the surface of cleaned grade A pan head screws to form a protective film to prevent the screws from rusting. For stainless steel cross slot pan head screws, although it has a certain degree of corrosion resistance, but in harsh environments still need to be regularly rust-proof treatment to extend their service life.
